Shipping Information

How Long is Shipping Take?

After an order is placed it takes about 1 business day for your item(s) to be process. Once processed it takes another 1-3 days to ship within the Malaysia. You can receive the item(s) fast for only 2 business days if your item(s) are ship to Penang, Malaysia.

Order Process

My Order Hasn’t Arrived On Time, What Should I Do?

If your order has not arrived in the specified delivery time, you can track your order to see where it is located. Sometimes orders are delayed due to customs hold ups. Please also reach out to our customer service team at support@reeltech.my and we will provide you with an update.

What Is Reeltech™ Order Process?

Upon completing your payment details during the checkout process, you should shortly receive a confirmation notice at the provided email address. A shipping confirmation email should follow after 1 business days. Email the customer service team on support@reeltech.my if further assistance is required at any point.

Order Tracking

I Did Not Get A Tracking Number, What Should I Do?

If you did not get a tracking number after 1 to 3 days of placing your order you can simply email us at support@reeltech.my and we will gladly provide you with one.

How Can I Track My Order Once It’s Been Shipped?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking number that you can use it to get the latest updates on your shipment from GDex. We will also automatically notify you via email of any important tracking information. Visit our Track Your Order page.

Please keep in mind that it takes 1-2 business days for your tracking number to update its status once shipped.
